These terms cover your use of omosai.dev and the Omos practice app, run by PegBit Technologies Ltd ("PegBit"). By using them you agree to these terms.
Not financial advice
Omos is software, not a financial adviser. Nothing on this site or in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Results are not real money
All results shown are from backtests (tests on past market data) or paper trading (practice accounts with no real money). Past results don't predict future returns. Investing carries risk, including the loss of your money.
We don't hold your money
PegBit never holds customer funds. Any account you connect stays in your name with your own broker, and you can stop Omos or close trades yourself at any time.
Autopilot
Autopilot (Omos managing a strategy on your account) is not available. We will only offer it after we hold the licence it needs.
The website chat
The chat with Omos on this website is a preview with a small number of free questions a day. Answers are written by AI and can be wrong; they explain evidence in general and are not personal advice.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or resell it without our written agreement.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, PegBit is not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
