Omos is a product of PegBit Technologies Ltd ("PegBit", "we", "us"), based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for formal legal advice.

What we collect

• Your email address: if you sign up to follow the build, write to us, or are invited to the practice app. Sign-ups on this site are collected through Formspree, a form service, which passes them to us.
• What you ask Omos on this website: your question, and the last few messages of the same chat so Omos remembers what it just asked, are sent to our server and to Anthropic, the AI provider that writes the answers. We do not store website chats. Please don't share personal details in the chat.
• Your internet address: used only to apply the daily limit on free chat questions. It is held in memory and cleared every day.
• What you ask Omos in the practice app: invited testers' questions and answers are kept with their practice account so they can see their history.
• Broker connection details: not collected today. Connecting a broker account is planned for later; when it arrives we will update this policy first.
• Basic analytics: none today. If we add it, it will be privacy-friendly and aggregate (page views, referrer), and this policy will say so.

What we never collect or hold

• We never hold your money. Your funds stay with your own broker.
• We never ask for your bank or broker password.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open, and delete it on request. Records of trading decisions made on your connected account may need to be kept longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and comparable frameworks such as the UK and EU GDPR.
